Walk Your Way to Mindfulness

February 8, 2018 by Michelle W Leave a Comment

You would think that walking alone is a quiet experience. You don’t realize that you enjoy everything about it, the crunching leaves, birds singing and animals around you. It’s the perfect setting.

The sun is beaming through the trees and warming your face as you absorb all it has to offer. You are connecting with yourself, nature and life as you enjoy the moment and all that is around you. The perfect mindfulness practice.

Walking is good for your health on so many levels both physically and mentally and is so beneficial for the active mind and body.
